As a former Girl Scout, I had always wanted to go to this home. Having the opportunity - it was beautiful! Be ready to climb steps. The tour was very informative and the rooms and gardens very nice.

My High-school aged troop visited Savannah this summer. We completed the "Afternoon Tea" program at the Birthplace. This was a great program. The girls got some "behind-the-scenes" time that a normal tour would not provide. We also did our pinning ceremony. Great staff.

Juliette Gordon was the founder of girls scouts. She has an interesting and rich history. She had started the club with just 18 girls.
