We didn't know about this walk until we visited that Visitor Center. I was glad they told us about it. There are lots of interesting shops and restaurants, plus some of the original walls, buildings and incredibly difficult steps built when the city was young....More

Great place to shop, walk, eat. There are many great restaurants and shops along the walk. There are also signs that tell you about the history of Savannah. Great tourist attraction.

T-shirt shops, restaurants, etc. line this street. It seems like a typical touristy "come on" street.

Interesting to see older architecture of the town and learn a little bit of the history here. Savannah Bee store has great honey options :) Other stores seemed typically touristic and not as interesting. Spend only a short time here - much more to see...More

There were a lot of people out and about enjoying the nice sunny day and listening to music that had been set up and playing throughout the evening. It was just a lot of fun.

Head here for your souvenirs. Shops alternate souvenirs with shops selling peanuts, cookies, or pralines. The street is paved with ballast stones. Walking down the street and looking at the river is more fun than the shops. Restaurants are pleasant and moderately priced, but not destination...More

This is a scenic area filled with restaurants and shops. There are ferries to nearby Hutchinson island. There is the Waving Girl Statue. An attractive area to visit!

This is another beautiful square but with a little more history than some. The movie, Forrest Gump, featured this square, and it is also the final resting place of the founder of Savannah.

The Cool Savannah Tours and Gifts at 42 East Bay Street carries an assortment of lotions and soaps, including magnolia lotion. Also, they have a website.
