This was a nice park. Nothing great. But perfect if you have kids or dogs. They had some musicians around the fountain. Definitely nice for people watching for a bit.

Disappointed. The statues were beautiful. Two days in a row the fountains were off. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The park has lots of scenery and green space along with play ground areas, shade and a building with a cafe/Starbucks and restrooms.

Lovely place to visit on a warm February day. An individual was playing the trumpet. Parking could be a challenge on a busy day.

I am impressed with the forethought of the people who set this place aside over 150 years ago for people like us to enjoy it now. The trees, the statues, the fountains. Take the time to see it. Grate restaurant and coffee shop on the south side of the park too. Don't remember the name.

This was a lovely park to walk, relax and picnic. So many cute dogs! You can tell that this was a park used by locals and tourists, which I really like!

Somehow I had missed this famous park even after several visits. With perfect weather, we walked from River street and enjoyed this spectacular green oasis. Famous for the fountain, there are historic oaks for shade and grassy meadows for sun. Two playgrounds for children are beside a nice welcome building with a snack bar and clean restrooms. Everyone gets their... More

My sister brought me to this park. There were plenty of people at the market that morning. It was lovely weather. We took pictures.
