We plan our visits to Savannah around Chef Peter's menus / classes. We are never disappointed. We enjoyed our latest class, Taste of 700 Drayton, last week. Can't wait to recreate the recipes back home in Annapolis. Great food, wine, casual instruction, and community. Please make sure to check it out!

Best cooking school we've ever experienced. Chef Peter was gracious and highly skilled. And doesn't scrimp on the butter and garlic. Loved the event and the resulting food

My sister and I attended Chef Peter Russo's pasta cooking class last week. Not only did we actually learn how to make pasta, the chef shared tips and recipes with us throughout the evening. And, we got to eat our efforts! Everything was delicious and we learned a simple way to "can" tomato sauce that I intend to use soon.... More

While visiting my sister who lives in the Savannah area, we made reservations to attend Chef Russo's class. The class was small (6 women - 2 of whom were also sisters!) and it allowed for plenty of hands-on learning experience. The guided participation was paced leisurely with warm, humorous instruction and correction from Chef Russo. He was open and willing... More

Girls weekend for my Mom's 70th birthday and this was recommended by the concierge at our hotel. Fantastic! This was an informative, entertaining, non-judgmental cooking class. We loved it from start to finish!

I had planned my trip to Savannah to specifically attend the Low Country cooking class as I wanted to learn a few southern dishes. It was a surprise when I was told that I was going to be the only student in the class. And it turned out to be a fantastic experience. There were 2 firsts here - my... More
