I hit the Links today, and boy, did they hit back! Beautiful course, very fun, and well maintained, but bring extra balls! I left about a dozen short of when I started! The prairie grass ate them all, and ate well!

After golfing in Scotland, we were curious to see if we could recreate the links experience. Even though we weren't near the water, you could see it on the horizon. Plus the wind and grasses kept in the Scottish mood. So respect those folks who were walking it...thank goodness for carts. Not sure how we did it in Scotland, perhaps... More

Very tough course for the average golfer. Long, beautiful, gorgeous views at this course. Expensive if you go on the weekends - nearly $100.00

One of the most significant golf experiences in the upper midwest! The natural beauty is overwhelming, and the course is an excellent challenge to any handicap. Bring extra balls!

From a pure golf standpoint this was one of the best courses I have played. The course was in great shape and the views were incredible. There weren't many people playing the day I did so that made it even more enjoyable as there was minimal waiting on each hole. I drove up from New Town, ND and it was... More

Reviewing the golf course I give it a 5. My only complaint is my golf score! Great views of Lake Sakakawea. Wonderful use of the rolling topography. Well manicured greens and fairways, even this early in the season. In regards to the club house area, I would give The Links a 3. There is an amazing stone building which a... More

The course is really nice. I cant believe they sold out to the oilfield and created a trailer park right behind the clubhouse?? looks crappy!

Reminds me of Scotland. A links style course on the North Dakota prairie. The course is in great shape. The staff is friendly and helpful. A particularly good value and worth the trip.

spent the time years ago (pre boom) driving from dickinson to what was once called Red Mike and was glad i did. Great views of missouri river/lake sakakawea on this links-style course. the lay out was fun/interesting. I would like to do it again some time but it would take a blow to the head to get me to drive... More
