This museum is absolutely spectacular! There are so many antique cars made by companies I'd never heard of; much more unique than most other car museums. Great cars, from about 1898 to 1936; thorough, detailed histories of the autos and the manufacturers; terrific men's and...More

We are only mildly car ppl but this museum has a great well kept collection of early 20th century autos. Good readings on most auto mobiles. gets a little repetitive. Also has a lot of old style ladies dresses, which are also worth a look.

Visited the museum and was immediately greeted by friendly staff person who provided an overview of the collection and the lay of the land with suggestions on how to navigate through the collection, which features vehicles from the late 1800s to the late 1930s. Exhibits...More

And outstanding collection of cars from early 20th century onward, with appropriately costumed mannequins. Some cars are uniquely Alaskan, having been put together by sourdoughs who had only seen pictures of autos. Painstakingly restored vehicles, all (I think) drivable. An excellent private collection worthy of a...More

This museum is located right next door to Fountainhead hotels and houses some very immaculate cars from the past. This is not a big museum but is well worth the $10. We spent a couple hours admiring these precious autos and learning the history of...More

This is a fine antique auto museum. I spent about 45 minutes there, and enjoyed it. Cars from the early 20th century through the 1930’s are there, some very unique. All cars had excellent explanations of their history, with facts and figures about them. Worth...More
