Visiting Alaska for the first time also meant trying some new experiences. Sven and his team were amazing and we could have chatted with them for hours. We loved visiting with his dogs and meeting the puppies but the highlight was definitely the sled ride. Sven's home and business are well set up and very warm and inviting and he... More

EXCELLENT adventure!! Ed picked us up right on time and Sven was our musher. Location was absolutely heavenly! We went through gorgeous wooded trails and open areas. It began to snow, then the sun come out, snow again; MAGICAL!! Sven was quite informative, friendly, hospitable. He had a lovely yurt for us to wait in and keep warm, with bathroom... More

This is a must do. They were right on time picking us up. The people are friendly and a great help with camera setups. The dog sled tour was a blast!!! The hour included time with the dogs, as well as sledding, which was more like 20 minutes. And we were lucky enough to see the auroras while sledding and... More

Michael picked us up at our downtown Fairbanks hotel and drove us out for an aurora viewing adventure at Aurora-Bear up in the hills outside and away from the city lights. A first-rate place to go out for aurora viewing, with Frank and Miriam as hosts! Michael talked a lot about what it's like to live in Alaska, the aurora... More

Wow, I already had high expectations, but this tour managed to soar high above what I expected. We were the last tour of the company's season, and it definitely ended on a high note. Kyle picked us up from our hotel. He was quite knowledgable about the area and was a great conversationalist. I asked him if this tour was... More

I joined the dog sled dinner tour and the arctic circle tour on March 27th and 28th. On both days, our guide is Mike. The weather was not particularly good, mostly cloudy on both nights. But Mike used his experience to find the right aurora spot for us to see the lights, especially during the arctic circle tour. His effort made... More
