great neighborhood for locals and tourists alike. It is chock full of great shops, eateries and more. Great are to walk around in and just observe the Vibe. Revitalized area that no longer resembles the mess it used to be. A must visit!

Walked across the Brooklyn Bridge for a photo at DUMBO (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass). Great view and drivers are tolerant of people in the street getting their selfies or shots. Fun and worth the effort!
Once you've walked over from Manhattan take some time to explore this area. I found it to be a completely different vibe from Manhattan, though, in retrospect, that doesn't come as a surprise. Treat yourself to an hour or two here.
