Montague Street has a lot to offer with a variety of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking the street and watching the families enjoy a lovely Sunday. There was a nice choice of cuisines as well as coffee shops with bakeries, so it is easy to get a meal or a snack. We walked to the end of the street... More

Whether you are interested in fine dining ...good food ...banking ...shopping ...Montague Street has it all...wander around and see magnificent Brownstones or a short walk to the panoramic views of the Promenade...Not to be missed

This is the commercial street of Brooklyn Hts. with some shops, cafes and restaurants. Not a long stretch. Quite lovely and peaceful.

I wanted to visit the Original Haagan Daz Ice Cream Shop, where it all began. To be found at 120 Montague Street Brooklyn NY 11201. Brooklyn Heights is Manhattan's first suburb. Montigue Street is the main drag of what was, in the late 19th and early 20th the center home for Brooklyn power brokers and the elite. So it has a lot in common with small cities built in the same era. Then you get to the end and there's the skyline - already impressive... More

great little neighborhood. lots of small shops/boutiques, grocery stores, drug store, hardware store, nail & hair salons. just a great area to walk. at the end of Montague is the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. Not to be missed!

Montague Street is a very fascinating street in Brooklyn reminds me of Paris, leading at the end to the famous Brooklyn promenade with spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. The street has many side walk cafes, restaurants and shops. It is located in Brooklyn Heights, the most expensive area to live in Brooklyn with wonderful turn of the century buildings.... More

my friend took me to this street. full of nice restaurant. we had nice lunch at a Thai restaurant(forgot the name...) and great coffee in a terrace of cafe.

This is an amazing street with many different shops and numberous eating places. Leisurely diners, lots of ethnicities, and great neighborhood.
