Very busy, views of the water are pleasant, but lot of traffic. Lot of restaurants and shops. Not a good place if you have a car, parking is next to impossible.

There are many nice places to stroll along in Sheepshead Bay. Let's not forget the myriad of restaurants that are across or on the water here.
