A great experience learning cooking skills in a wonderful and friendly environment. Would recommend to anybody looking for a fun culinary experience. My wife and I loved our 2 cooking classes here. Everything is kosher which is a plus for kosher consumers. Recommendation: book your classes a month in advance as classes book quickly.

This school really does cater for the entire community - from their daytime pro-culinary courses, the afternoon pro-pastry classes to their evening 'date' or couples nights you can be sure that there is something there for you!! There's NO excuse for rudeness, not matter where you are! Anyone who's rude - religious or not - should be fired!

The staff are very rude and talk down to you, especially after spending $180. Would not advise going again

DO NOT EAT HERE! Great place to learn Kosher French style cooking and baking. One of the few Kosher style Culinary Schools in America. They use mostly kosher ingredients. No kosher supervision whatsoever. Not reliable at all as kosher. There is a huge need for someone to start a properly Kosher supervised school.
