We wanted to see this natural wonder, but right there, in Page, we learnt we needed almost an entire day for it.
It is only accessible by boat which takes almost 3 hours one way, after which there's a hike to it.
Unfortunately, we planned...More
The Rainbow Bridge is a true natural wonder and a sacred site to the Navajo. The only way to see this remote bridge is via this boat tour, a private boat, or a 14-mile hike that takes 3 days through canyons so part of the...More
I wanted to visit Rainbow Bridge for 20+ years and finally did in 2014. (Note that the earliest date I could select below was January 2018.) A difficult bridge to get to, but worth the effort.

I agree with all other comments. Reason for length of tour: the Rainbow Bridge is about 35 miles up lake from the marina, there are a few places that are tricky to navigate: i.e. taking ‘the Cut’ or going the long way around via Antelope. So, it is a full day. You will want a good hour or two at the Bridge as it is about a 1 mile easy hike in, lots to poke around and see when there, and a mile hike back.
