Very knowledgeable guides-worth going! They accommodated us when we wanted to come earlier than scheduled but then we came in off season,which was perfect since not hot like in summer

The lower canyon itself is amazing even during January but nex time I would go for 9h tour due to light. We had amazing guide telling us many interesting facts and where and how to take great pics.i liked the stairs and narrow passages. Amazing!!!!

I was there in early October around 11:00 AM and it was good then. In November, since we are back on standard time, but the sun is lower in the sky, you probably need to go between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Since it is low season, would rather doubt it. They were helpful when I called their office so that may be a suggestion for you.
