As a Christian, I am glad to see that there is a museum that is dedicated to Christianity because we lack so much of this in our country. On the other hand, it is Gatlinburg and the city seems to lend itself to trapping people for their money. After all, it is a tourist city. One of Murphy's Laws states... More

This is my first time to visit a museum of this kind.It is not just a museum. It is a place for spiritual retreat. The presentation of the story of Jesus Christ is so amazing. The gift shop adequately provides items worth keeping and giving to remind us of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

We came to Gatlinburg on a family vacation. Because where we were staying was close to the Christ Museum, we decided to make this the last stop of the day. We are so glad we did. It was absolutely wonderful. We left there filled with God's word. We returned to our bungalow relaxed and at peace.

Please take the time to visit this beautiful wax museum. Jesus life and ministry is depicted in a series of rooms and stories from birth to post resurrection. A lovely garden and gift shop complete this wonderful experience. Kids are free with two paying adults.

Easily accessible and a peaceful journey away from the crowds on the main thoroughfare. Several scenes from the most well known events in the life of Christ using life-like wax figures and reproductions from the Last Supper, ascension, and sermon on the mount as well as others. Collection of genuine coins used during the period of Christ's walk on earth.... More

Originally, we were looking for a parking spot, but then we saw how amazing the Christmas lights were and they had the Charlie Brown characters and the manger scene and Christ in Christmas. Imagine that.

What a beautiful place to visit, so peaceful. Attention to detail is great. The staff are very helpful and nice. We went when it was not crowded and stayed as long as we wanted at each scene. The garden at the end of the tour was lovely.

This is a wonderful place to visit. Attention to detail is magnificent - even at the Last Supper scene the apostles are named, just as I had been wondering who was who. The attire is impeccably done. I loved that Jesus looked different from one scene to another - what a unique idea. The music is appropriate, the verses well-chosen... More

The museum was well-kept, clean and well done. It was like seeing images from the New Testament right in front of you. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

We visited the museum on a Sunday morning when we would have otherwise been in church. The staff were very pleasant. It wasn't busy. We were advised that it would take about 45 minutes to complete the tour. The tour was straight from the Bible. Each scene was a narrated and the scripture was given. At the end, you entered...
