The playground is nice and my kids enjoyed it. Everything else was run down and dirty. Litter on the ground and it did have a bad smell. Perhaps it was run down from the end of season. We also visited on a Thursday so we...More

Fishing for kids is free here and they can each take 2 fish. The river is stocked every Thursday so catching fish is pretty easy. Kids loved it.

Not a huge park, but great place to go with kids. My 4 and 7 year old children lived it. We spend 2 hours playing, exploring and just running around. Only complaint is there are no swings.

Don't expect a grand playground or lots of elements. It is a one modular slides and wall and some gears kind of setup for the 2-5 year old set. Picnic tables and fishing creek are positives in summer I imagine. My 3 year old enjoyed...More

🎣We love everything about this city park. Our grands all love the fish farm and the the playground, as well as the ramp area. You can picnic and grill there. That's where we go to see the lightning bugs every year.

We visited this park before heading into Gatlinburg. Place wasn't packed and we got to enjoy the place to our selves. By the river we got to watch geese swim. The kids enjoyed getting their feet wet and skipping small rocks across the water.

We have caught mostly native and Brooke trout. Nice size and easy access. Catch and release
