I love the mountain feel and nostalgic atmosphere to this place! So many unique stores to check out, from The Rhythm Section to a magic shop to a small arcade and much more. There's an elevator, an escalator system and stairs going up several floors with a beautiful fountain that goes all the way up to the top. I hope... More

My dad and I stopped by this place twice. It is a unique little mall with a few shops on each floor. One thing to watch out for is if you ride the escalators , they only go in one direction. If you have trouble with stairs, the elevator is better. Check out the indoor waterfall with the pond at... More

I like the Mountain Mall. It's one of the few places that hasn't changed since my childhood. A lot of people think it's too dark and dreary inside but I think it looks rustic and appropriate for the mountains. The last time I was there it seemed to have more stores than my last visit and there were lots of... More

I have never left a negative review online before this. We visited here today and it was completely disappointing. I honestly cannot recommend a single positive thing about it. The interior feels claustrophobic and creepy. The stores were not interesting or well displayed at all. Huge waste of real estate.

This place has been there for a while and it shows. Nothing like it was in its heyday. No real compelling reason to shop here unless weather conditions are unfavorable

The Mountain Mall had 5 floors with small shops. It was very unique. Everyone that worked there was very friendly.

Honestly, this mall sorta creeped us out. It was small, having only 3-4 (if that) shops on each floor. Many were an abundance of items, from a boot shop to souvenirs. It did not have much to look at and was extremely small. Skip this and head to tanger outlets in Pigeon Forge if you want to do some shopping.

This building is not what you consider a traditional mall. The way it is laid out is weird. We ran into some shady characters while here. The stores are not so great. Don't waste your time here unless you just want a place to cool off.
