Purchased a VIP package so that we could view the valley by day and night. What an experience! Looking out over Gatlinburg was really cool by day, but it was awesome by night. I would definitely recommend a trip to the top if you're okay...More

This is a great was to see the beautiful mountains. Not that expensive but it is literally a elevator ride. You look around and that's it. Our kids were bored in about 3 minutes. You enter and exit through an arcade which was obnoxious, in...More

We went up before sunset and watch the sun set, beautiful colors all around. Once in awhile you could feel the needle move a little but nothing.. Make sure to make to on your to do list for a beautiful sunset.

Read the other reviews and decided to give it a try. The elevator needs a paint job, but is not as scary as others describe it. Their is plenty of room on the observation deck, and a nice summary of Gatlinburg is on the wall....More

The cost is totally reasonable $6 - 11...also your ticket is good for 2 visits within a 24 hour period ...which means you can see it during the day and at night for one ticket price but have distinctly different experiences. Also go on Friday...More

There was no wait time for the elevator when I was there. I would recommend going there during the day hours so you can enjoy the view.

The elevator goes fairly slowly, but I don't know if pets are allowed. You have to go through a Game Center to buy your tickets and get onto the elevator. Why don't you try their website and /or call them.

Hi Ashley, In the past, I have been in much larger structures with astounding sway. If you read my review you will not find any comments regarding tower sway - just the facility itself. Glad you had a great time!
