Elsewhere is absolutely unique. On the day my friend and I visited, kids were playing on swings that hang half in and half out of the front of the building. That set the tone for the whole experience. Once inside, we were welcomed by one...More

I've been going to Elsewhere since it first opened. They are so innovative and interesting. One time they opened during closed hours for some out of town guests.

Elsewhere is an art "museum" and art collective. The building housed a thrift shop that became the museum. All of the stuff is still there and isn't sold but is used by the artists to create works. Stop by if you want to see a...More

I love this place, very unique and quirky and definitely worth the price. It's a must see in Greensboro- I've traveled all over the world and I've never seen an interactive art museum quite like this. Very fun! Worth stopping by.

I could tell it was going to be bizarre. There was lots of stuff to look at but I wouldn't call most of it art.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday in a restaurant nearby and decided to take a walk down Elm street since most of us have only been there once or not at all. We found this little shop to be very fun and entertaining. We plan...More

Took my granddaughter here on the recommendation of a friend. This is one weird place! A lot of fabric and old toys in a very strange environment. At any moment, I expected to find myself lost in a horror movie. In fact if some horror...More
