We rented a motorcycle from our hotel and had a really fun ride up there (first time on a motorcycle). The drive up was great, very windy with a few waterfalls on the way. Quiet roads when we went (mid to late October) so a...More

I didn't get the while atmosphere thing that people talk about when coming here, lovely view but wish we'd done something else with our time instead of trekking up there.

If you are fed up with heat you may scape to the mountains top in Kempot, at least is 20 degrees cooler than the city .

Curvy roads, beautiful roads and views will make you enjoy your motorcycle ride up if you have the chance to. This is worth getting of the main road to go up and see. Don't miss the other spots around.

I went to the Bokor National Park and visited the Hill Station. The roads are good to drive and the scenery is magical and kind of surreal with the old casino, the abandoned church and the cloudy sky. One of the best daytrips I had...More

Hire a scooter, pack a light sweater and head up what is possibly the best road in all of Cambodia. It’s a beautiful ride up...about 35kms from Kampot. It costs you 2000 Riel to enter the park, which takes you to about 1100m above sea...More

This old casino in Bokor mountain and Kep itself used to be the rich and famous' playground on weekends pre- KR days. One look and you can see how much of it has been lost. The grandeur of the building, with an amazing view of...More

We want to visit Bokor, as it seemed like a really interesting and mystical place. The weather was sunny in Kampot when we left, but up on the hill station we were in the clouds. We were told the weather can suddenly change and boy...More

The fog was so dense at first that we almost drove past the abandoned hotel! There was virtually no one here so it was very eerie and fun to see. However they appear to be doing some kind of construction so it's a little annoying...More

Probably best to stay in Kampot and make it a day trip from there. The bus PP to Kampot is 4.5 hours one way and the ride up to Bokor is another hour, so you'd spend 9 hours in a bus if such a day tour even exists
