It is a good place for nature lovers but go either on sunset time or sunrise.If possible go near about monsoon it will add much value in your experience.And have a water bottle and some snacks because you will not finds shops frequently.

Its a beautiful lake formed by valvan dam but some area is restricted by tata group. water is clean and clear. worth spending time here.

This lake is formed by the Valvan Dam. It is a beautiful place but access is restricted by the Tata Group.

Situated in the middle of valvan village, off old mum-pune highway. A quiet place to spend an hour with family and friends. No restaurants or dhabas around. Only a few general stores. The lake is full of water throughout the year.

No, boating is not available here. In fact you are not even allowed to go there properly. You can just see this lake from the road.
