Enjoyed the museum with lots of history about Hot Springs and it's various residents. We enjoyed looking at all the artifacts they had.

The museum and the guides are fascinating ! If you see and do any of the attractions here in hot Springs, this is a must see. The knowledge of the staff is evident that they enjoy working here. They answered plenty of questions we had...More

It is a guided tour at certain times. Some seating but if a lot of people would require standing. Move from room to room. Videos and lots of pictures. Learned a lot about the area.

This does offer a great deal of history of gangsters associated with Hot Springs but it also gave a nice overview of the area in general. Our tour guide was obviously quite knowledgeable of the subject and the short videos enhanced his presentation.

Hot Springs was a safe haven for the Mob. You can name just about any gangster and they were here in Hot Springs. Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, Buggies Seagle, and our very own mobster Owney Madden who owned the Cotton Club and the Stork Club...More

We waited for the tour guide and it lasted about an hour and a half..but you can leave early if you need to or you can just go through the place on your own..but you will never get the info from a self guided tour as you do... More
