It was drizzling and pretty chilly - but that didn't seem to bother us. Garvan Gardens is absolutely gorgeous when the Christmas lights are on display. A ticket is $15 now so maybe not an every year trip but at least every two or three years for sure. Good hot chocolate at the end!

Garvan Woodland Gardens is a wonderful place to enjoy nature in a serene setting. We live a few miles from the Gardens and visit it frequently....and we never grow tired of its beauty any time of the year. Spring flowers are gorgeous, and the Christmas lights are awesome! Take a leisurely walk through the many acres of beautiful scenery; you... More

This is beautiful a place with all the christmas lights. Depending on what time and day of the year you go, it can be very busy around the Christmas season so get there early to ensure your entry into the park. We were there around 4 and walked the garden in the daylight to see the beautiful Japanese Maple trees.... More

For several years, my family from New York and my sister's family from Arkansas have driven from Conway together to the gardens during the Christmas season as a family tradition. This year, the lights seemed more beautiful than usual and the air was warmer. Music of the season drifted through the trees of the blue and white gardens as we... More

My family and I have been here for 8 years and never have been to Garvan woodland gardens. We decided to go as a family this year to see their lights. We have missed out all these years. It was the most amazingly beautiful place to visit during the Christmas season. The whole park was lit up and every section... More

Don't let the cold stop you from the experience. It doesn't matter what age you are or who you take, they will all enjoy it! After one trip to see the lights, it quickly became a tradition. There will be a line of cars to get in, the ushers however, have an efficient system. Once you're inside, you will get... More

What a surprise to be visiting Hot Springs at Christmas and discover a professional light display to rival anything we've seen in large cities around the world. We were fortunate to have balmy weather the night we came with family and young children. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the vast array of beautifully lighted displays along well-lit walking... More

We almost skipped this place due to the negative reviews regarding the traffic. We arrived around 4:30 PM (December 30, 2016) and had the place to ourselves. This was a great opportunity to see the gardens pre & post darkness. Once the sun went down the crowds arrived but things remained civilized. A walk to the chapel (awesome) & a... More
