The Audubon Zoo has been around for many years. It has changed many times over the years. It is a worthwhile trip to take the family and spend the day. There is lots to see and do. Visit in the fall when the weather is...More
We love all that Audubon offers. We are members, so we get to visit all locations all year round. My children love watching animals, fish and bugs. The zoo, in addition to the wonderful enclosures and Wild animals also offers the “Cool Zoo” during the...More
Great zoo for individuals and family. We have driven from a neighboring state frequently for years to enjoy the natural experiences of this zoo. The animals are unique and fun to watch. The environment is safe and staff are amazing.
Having visited NOLA many times before - taking my infant this time as a new experience so needed some family experiences.
I highly recommend this zoo as all the animals are well looked after and gives the feel that they are actually in their own...More

Hi Dionne R - Thanks for your feedback! We are so happy that you all enjoyed your Penguin Pass Experience!
Very much their own self sufficient unit within the greater metro area, Uptown and Carrollton tone down the urban edge with a friendly attitude and collegiate feel. Home to Tulane and Loyola Universities, all the students living in the area ensure that Uptown and Carrollton stay youthful, cosmopolitan and vibrantly fun. Two of the liveliest thoroughfares for nightlife and socializing (and yes of course more of the city’s
outstandingly good food and live music) are Oak Street and Maple Street. For a truly wild time, the expansive acreage of Audubon Park, with its zoo, golf course, and actual patches of swampy wetlands, means peace and quiet are never too far away.
