The fun atmosphere the legendary House of Blues brings is a nice experience. When we were there for an early dinner, we sat out on the patio and there was an amazing duo providing the music. The food was okay - nothing amazing but at...More

Thanks Robert! If you get a chance to visit us again, check with our hostess to see if anyone is available to give you a quick tour of the venue. They are usually able to accommodate requests during off-peak times. Cheers!

We had a time limit to be somewhere so we had to have dinner early which meant we didn't get to experience the entertainment so if you go I suggest booking early and going later in the night.

The restaurant looks so good, the alley and the terrasse are so cute, you have to see it. But be prepared to be patient. The staff don't see you, than forget you, than make you wait for everything you ask for. We saw 2 customers...More

Great place. Seemed like dozens of stages and bars, room to dance, and had a great band. VIP room on the 5th floor was cool too. Not sure what was up with the quilted walls, but the historic picture rocked. Check it out for great...More

I had not been to House of Blues before, so we decided to try the restaurant while we were visiting NOLA. I was not disappointed; we had excellent service, delicious food, and live music in the courtyard.

Our group tries smoked oysters, Cajun fries, voodoo shrimp and everything was very tasteful and we actually visited twice in 4 days. The fried chicken was well seasoned and fried to perfection. A must visit if there.

No. The meal is served during the performance and ticket price includes food. I wouldnt recommend the food anyway, or the venue for that matter.
