Audubon is a beautiful park. It host a lot of Spanish mods covered live oaks. Easy walking trail takes you around the park. Lord of photo opportunities.

This enormous park helps you to understand the city, how it grew up. The park is magnificent. To see the big houses adjacent to the park is quite something

The park is a great place to get out of the crowded French Quarter streets. There’s a playground which my seven year old niece enjoyed. Plenty of bird watching on the lagoon in the park and the crown jewel is the nearly 300 year old...More

We had a 1 mile walk through the park to get to the zoo. It was a nice flat walk with beautiful trees. Watch the bike path. The riders are going fast so if you have small kids, keep them with you!

We happened upon the park while walking around Tulane and Loyola. It is a large park with jogging/walking/biking track, toys for kids to play on, relatively neat restrooms. The live oak trees are just beautiful and add so much character to this park.

I highly recommend a run up and down Charles street and go into and run around Audubon Park. It’s safe and beautiful and so NOLA!!! Best times are Halloween and Christmas!

Uptown / Carrollton
Very much their own self sufficient unit within the
greater metro area, Uptown and Carrollton tone down
the urban edge with a friendly attitude and collegiate
feel. Home to Tulane and Loyola Universities, all the
students living in the area ensure that Uptown and
Carrollton stay youthful, cosmopolitan and vibrantly
fun. Two of the liveliest thoroughfares for nightlife
and socializing (and yes of course more of the city’s
