The place is where conventions are always held, yeah. From Comicon, to private parties during Mardi Gras. Just be prepared to walk a very long way down the halls.

My convention was absolutely wonderful at this convention center. However, the food service was awful. Every 5 minutes plates were hitting the ground, servers were not prepared for vegetarian meals, and did not know proper etiquette to servce guests. With that being said, all other...More

I attended the DMA Echo awards in October 2017 at this convention centre. It is clearly a very large facility which was out of scale with the smallish gathering for the gala dinner. This made the event feel somewhat impersonal. If there were several thousand...More

I was here for a large week-long conference. This is a very large convention center so be sure you know what area your conference is in. The atmosphere was nice and our sessions within a short distance of each other.

I was in a convention with Connect Market last august 2017 and every thing was in place - food, rooms, bathrooms, snacks, service - so it is definitely a good place to work or to visit.

assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having
moved in and set up shop throughout the disused

of the art you'll come across here is local in scope,
ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old
brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and

In the hallways it was always around room temperature, but depending on the size/length of your convention that will dictate the temperate inside your venue. Time of year also plays a factor.

The convention center does not have it's own parking lot. You have to use commercial lots in the neighborhood and they are not cheap. You should use public transport or a shuttle from your hotel.
