We came to St. Patrick’s to see where my husband’s g g grandparents were married in the 1800s. I was overwhelmed by its beauty. Truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve been. It remains unchanged, except for some cleaning and refurbishing, since 1840. Ann...More

Took in an amazing organ concert by a fourteen-year-old named Simon. Had a chance to see the church ahead of time. Beautiful. Very accessible. Memorial candles are available.

This is a very beautiful church built in the 1830’s. Old style cathedral with wonderful old stained glass windows. Convenient to the convention center and only a few blocks from WW II Museum.

St. Patrick's is a beautiful historic Cathedral. Attended Good Friday Service. The altar is incredible, as is the painted ceiling. A very traditional service with very good music, an excellent homily and much history in the City of new Orleans. Recommended.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
