Jamie Hayes has had a gallery in the French Quarter for nearly 20 years. Jamie has a very unique and recognizable style that is whimsical and colorful. In addition to selling originals and prints, we also sell Jamie's designs on T-Shirts, tote bags, and aprons; all of which we print ourselves in New Orleans. We also carry a line of dolls that Jamie designs which are extremely popular.

The most interesting gifts and artwork. Got to meet Jamie Hayes and spent over 45 minutes chatting with him and Kurt. Lovely people! Jamie signed a book and gifted to my mom (a fellow artist). Do not miss this wonderful store/gallery!!!

We’ve been coming to NOLA for over 20 years. Each time, a visit to Jaime Hayes Gallery is a must. We’ve purchased and commissioned multiple pieces. His staff (Kurt/Amy/Pam) are absolutely amazing. Their value is being a part of family and their mission is to...More

Just a fun shop to visit when in NOLA! Reasonable prices for art work. I have been collecting the cat series, such as jazz cat, star kitty, pepper kitty.

Always stop here when in NOLA and have to buy something! Love his art! He and his wife are friendly and make the experience pleasant. It's always hard to decide what to purchase! Luckily, there's usually a "special" sale going on! Vibrant colors, exaggerated people...More

Stopped by on a whim, and glad we did. The gallery is filled with pieces you can buy of Jamie's work, ranging from key chains of animals and monsters to prints and colouring books. Staff was very friendly and told us all about Jamie and...More

This highly touted gallery is just an exclusive souvenir shop featuring one local artist. While it may be a step above the multitude of tourist shops featuring t-shirts, prints and whatnots, it’s not worth a special trip.

Don't waste your money on the generic NOLA T-shirts sold in every store on Bourbon Street. Head down to Chartres and get one of these Ts by a local artist. They're colorful and quirky and most are about $25. Great prints and paintings by the...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
