Had a 30-minute in-person reading with Elie. She was warm and welcoming and I immediately felt at ease. I didn't ask any questions to start or give her any background, but she did a card pull for the next 12 months and right away, she touched on topics that resonated. As the reading went on, I asked questions and she pulled more cards. She was reassuring and gave great advice. Time will tell on whether the events she predicted will unfold, but based on how she spot-on she was in interpreting the present, I left feeling very hopeful. I would definitely go back!

We have been to Hex before for readings, but our reading with Elie Barnes was the best of the bunch! Elie is alert to the needs and concerns of the folks she is reading, and her intuition seems to be genuine, rather than just being an example of picking up cues from what folks say. Half hour for a couple goes quickly and doesn't leave a lot of time for detailed questions, but we felt as though we got affirmation from Elie and the cards of what the unique concerns that are foremost on our minds these days, as well as some direction on how to proceed. We especially appreciated the incorporation of some palmistry, which was also on point without any cues to direct Elie's very specific observations. Elie is a delight, and we highly recommend!

Highly recommend a reading with elie. This is my third trip to Nola and I read through some lists online to get ideas of things we haven’t done before. Getting a psychic/tarot reading at a voodoo/witch shop was one of the things. I originally wanted to do a reading with my mom but they were pretty adamant that it’s one person or couples reading since it can get distracting with too many people’s thoughts so I was able to convince my husband to do it with me. Elie was very easy to be around and made the experience comfortable. She was spot on on some things and brought up some stuff that I’m interested in looking into. I did want to have some experience with a medium and we talked about that. My husband wants to do a zoom with her when we get back home to see who is with us and would have some things we would need to hear.
