At end of Bourbon street

Can usually get a seat upstairs and watch the crowd. Prices were ok. This is a rainbow bar but not pushy and had no problem with us being there. Looking for a place to sit that... read more

With the average $10-$15 cover per night just to get in, and then absurd inflation of drink and beer pricing with typically a $20-$30 minimum tab for credit card transactions, I cannot recommend this gay bar. It's 2017, everyone pays with CC, deal with the CC company charges already. The other gay bars around you along with almost every other... More

We went to New Orleans for Halloween and heard the cover charges at bars were a lot so we got the weekend VIP pass for this bar. It promised to lines no wait. Didn't happen. The afternoon of the beer bust on Sunday we had to wait in line with people who didn't have passes and were paying to get... More

A nice bar and club, Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Drinks were priced for the area. Fairly clean with a nice clientele, lots of tourists and locals too. Music and tv's.

I stopped in & started having great conversation, with bartender, Timothy, his lady co- worker, and a few local customers. The 2 bartenders have worked here for YEARS!! I was told the exact amount of Years, but don't recall! NOLA has the most people, that were born( or came back) to the City; than any place I've ever been in!!... More

Was told we were going to see a drag show but it was a burlesque show full of women. Not at all what we wanted to see! Bar was fun and played good music but huge disappointment with the show especially because we were lied to.

I visited here with a friend- once in the evening and once in the afternoon. If you're a fan of just having a drink with friends and watching 90's music videos, it's a great time! If you're looking for something more lively and social, probably wouldn't be my first choice.

I didn't know what I was missing out on in Bloody Mary's until I had one from here and now none will ever compare or be good enough. The bar maid was the funniest sweetest woman and she just really knew her was around a Bloody Mary. We came here just for an afternoon people watching cocktail session and it... More

The bartenders are friendly, the music great, the sound system excellent but there is no real dance floor. It is more like a who is watching who show. The upstairs drag show is fun but it just picks up way too late for my liking

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
