A stunning and very good ski area. We went on a beautiful day, clear blue skies, brilliant sunshine and a few days before Christmas so very quiet - on some slopes we were the only people on them and we never had to queue once for a lift. We were told that it can get very busy especially if the... More

Most reviews are likely to speak of the ski-experience on the varied and lovely ski slopes. This would include the dizzying Black Mamba ("Up to 63 degree angles" according to promotional material). For me the grandest and evocative experience was just to imagine human ingenuity and effort needed to make all this possible..

Fun ski/snowboarding area from a change from Zell am See, fantastic views on a sunny day. There are no trees for coverage from wind so it could be a little cold and open if not a nice day.

Brilliantly organised place - huge and great for snowboarding - take ur time going all the way to the top too quickly can cause altitude sickness

Took the bus from Zell am See. Took approx 45 mins. Tourist Info and walk through the mountain at the top was worth a visit. Great viewing platforms.

All day outing, Great for skiers and non-skiers alike. Very interesting visitors centre. And the ski-ing suits boarders and those on skis. Watch out for low temperatures - subject to blizzards - wrap up or do not go on these days. Above the tree line so different from fir tree tracks and forest runs.

This place is just stunning, Cristal clear air, amazing view and very nice slopes. 2 fun parks for snowboards and skies and some nice slopes down to the Alpine Center.

Wonderful sight on top of this mountain! You do want to check the weather though before going because it's often very cloudy and you won't see anything of the beautiful landscape.
