I loved my visit to this small museum which is based in a British built train station that was a stop on the original Orient Express route. A particular highlight for me was seeing the Sultan's carriage which included a compartment for his harem!

The National Museum of Transport in the town of Rousse has the only authentic exhibits of the history of transport in Bulgaria. The building of the museum, which is the first Railway Station in the country since 1866, is a unique and memorable atmosphere.
