I went over to Huggo's for Happy hour every day after diving in Kona. There are many options in that area but it was hard to top the ambience and view. The fish tacos which was superb.

Nice view with excellent staff. Drinks were tasty and every bit as touristy as I had hopped. Had the grilled chicken burger which was very tasty. Tourist prices but not over the top.
