Castle is just amazing. Each wing is build in different styles which makes it really interesting. Courtyards are really charming. Pity that tours are only till 4pm.

My niece and I took the 50 minute A route guided tour, an introductory tour of the Adamovo staveni renaissance chateau. We were escorted through a good number of richly furnished rooms by an extremly knowledgable young lady who answered all questions from a history buff visitor present in our group. The tour includes a visit to the beautiful music... More

Top class renesaince chateau! Today you can only guess how important it was in middle ages. The place offers some lovely corners and superb renesaince arcades! A must see!

Large castle grounds. There are several tours you can book to see different rooms like gothic or renaissance. Lots of uneven walking. Beautiful reflection in the lake and canal. Hosts a lot of simmer concert events. Needs more illumination at night.

The castle is a hidden treasure and we did not expect that the castle is so much worth visiting. If you are interested in different architectural styles, you will love it, … from Gothic, to Renaissance and Baroque!!! You can book two tours: Tour A comprises the Renaissance rooms and Tour B comprises the Gothic rooms. It is really a... More

If you plan a visit somewhere around Cesky Krumlov or Ceske Budejovice, don't hesitate to drop a visit! The castle is a great fun for individual and group visitors too. Nice medieval surrounding, great history, fantastic landscape.

During our travels we visited a lot of castles and were not truly expecting much. We went for the historic tour through the oldest part as we wanted not to go with the main crowd. It was just us and a few german guys on the tour and as they were not very interested, the guide focused mainly on us.... More
