Captain Sean and the Seaquest crew make the charter a first rate experience. They are eager to help everybody from the least experienced to the most. They take the time to teach proper technique and work their tails off to make it a great experience. The boat is plenty large and has a nice inside to allow for getting out... More

I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with this outfit. We have gone on some very poorly run charters, but this is not one of them. Capt Sean and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all really took the time to make sure you got your fish! We travelled 4 hours out of Seward... More

We have chartered with them before and they are consistently professional, hardworking and he is gifted at targeting the fish. The boat is always clean, well stocked with a heated cabin and coffee. They offer a companion fares which we used on previous trips and I still limited out even being a companion and sharing a pole. Unlike charters out... More

Capt. Sean and his crew were outstanding. They were pleasant, fun and extremely helpful. They made it a great experience for everyone. Boat is spacious and in spite of rough seas it was surprisingly stable. It was great to have the fish all filleted on our way back so we weren't waiting in the dock after the long day. Best... More

Fishing with Sean and the crew was a great adventure, one that I will talk about for years to come! They are professional, helpful and will get you to the fish! The vessel was clean and comfortable even though we were in some swelly seas. Had a great time and came home with halibut for the whole family!

My brother and I booked two consecutive combo trips and were lucky to land some nice halibut the second day. The boat came highly recommended by locals and the captain had great knowledge of the area - we fished all over montague island and, on the second day, he took us way farther than any other boat we could see... We couldn't go to AK without coming back to the Alaska Northern Outfitters in Seward for our second time in 16 years. They have upgraded their boat to a customized catamaran which was spacious with an upper deck for those who wanted to take a break. The deckhands were on top of their game making sure everyone had fresh bait... More

Went with kids, cousins, and grandparents. Sean and his crew were wonderful. They totally exceeded my expectations continually moving around the boat helping people with great attitudes. I highly recommend these guys. Clean and fun. We caught tons for fish too!

My family went halibut fishing a day in June during our vacation. The crew, boat, and equipment were great. It was a fun way to spend the day on the water and get to bring some halibut back to Ohio.

Went out on a gray, cold, nasty day to fish for halibut. We had a large group, but the crew had no trouble helping us with bait, fish, tangled lines, etc. They were really terrific. I highly, highly recommend this captain, crew and boat. We didn't find much halibut, but we sure slayed some cod and had a great time... More
