We visited the harbor one night and then between tours during the next day. We enjoyed seeing the charters come in and proudly hoist up their halibut catches of the day. We then walked over to the fish cleaning station and were allowed to watch...More

My husband and I embarked on a wildlife marine tour on Major Marine Cruises from the Seward Boat Harbor - and were able to spot orca, humpback whales, sea lions, puffin and bald eagles. But right in the Seward Boat Harbor, from the deck perched...More

Loved looking at this view while we were in our room at the Harbor 360 Hotel for 4 nights. Watched an otter and birds playing!

A little stinky with the fish but sea otters, eagles, all kinds of life going around the harbor. So many boats to see, ships coming in and out. Tours to be taken of any kind, any day.

We stayed at Harbor 360 at the Seward Boat Harbor. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seward and would recommend spending time at this location.

This is a large and busy harbor, with everything from working fishing boats to large and small pleasure craft to tour boats. If you are so inclined you can even watch fishermen cleaning their catch for sale to or freezing by the adjacent fish processors.

Busy place but the shopping and eateries are really great while waiting for tour/ship boarding. Check out the Kenai Fjords gift shop. They've got some really great things.

This harbor is awesome! A great place to view boats from a little boardwalk that runs behind the tourist shops. A nice little breeze makes it even better! Just a short stroll will treat the eyes to every "floater" imaginable.

Saw Bald Eagle here, being chased by sea gulls. Wonderful view of the bay, the comings and goings. In the harbor otters are not uncommon and we saw one as well..

You should see plenty of activity all day since it is a busy harbor. Lunch to afternoon would be when I would plan to observe boating activity. Marine life is mostly out in the bay (Resurrection Bay). Suggest taking a... More

Sorry not sure but I think one operator said that it was free to Mainland USA. Cost of fishing charter is very high compared to Australian priced. Cost was approx USD $400 for about 8 hours.
