This is lovely harbor worth a walk thru. There are boats of all different types and sizes. If you are a fan of boating you should check it out when in Seward.

A low cost highly enjoyable experience for is to walk the marina. An Otter playing, people shaping up their boats, fisherman cleaning their catch, tour boats loading. All this under the long summer days. But the best photo opportunity came with the moon rising amongst...More

Many boats, beautiful views, many fishing charters, restaurants abound. There are shops nearby as well as hotels. Visitors can view the fishermen bringing in the catch to be processed.

This is a great place to hang out and walk around in between other activities in Seward. See otters swimming, watch fishing boats return to clean their catch. Get something good to eat and wait nicely for your wife while she "shops".

The harbor is a bustling beautiful place filled with great shops, services and at the end of the day, a show of the days biggest catch. So interesting and so are the people.

The Seward small boat harbour is a busy marina with boats always coming and going, alongside an active commercial harbour. Really interesting for a stroll at the end of the afternoon to watch the fishing trips arrive back and show off all their amazing catches....More

You should see plenty of activity all day since it is a busy harbor. Lunch to afternoon would be when I would plan to observe boating activity. Marine life is mostly out in the bay (Resurrection Bay). Suggest taking a... More

Sorry not sure but I think one operator said that it was free to Mainland USA. Cost of fishing charter is very high compared to Australian priced. Cost was approx USD $400 for about 8 hours.
