Climb 520 feet to the observation deck of Seattle's signature building, which is actually 605 feet tall, for spectacular views of the city and its surrounding area. For food and fantastic sights check out SkyCity, the tower's rotating restaurant that makes one complete orbit per hour.

520 tower gives you a 360 degree view of the city but you do not know what you are looking at. Long lines but if you have trouble walking or standing you can go inside and be given a faster line to the elevator just....More

Why buy a ticket for 30 to go see the views from the top, when you can eat dinner and see the views for no extra cash. We splurged, this was not cheap, however best meal i had in Seattle, by far. I had trouble...More

If you're short on time, I'd skip it. Yes, it's an iconic part of the Seattle skyline but there are other places to get a good view. I purchased the city pass and it definitely helped with the sticker shock of each attraction individually. The...More

I went to the restaurant on the top with my ex girlfriend. It was fantastic. The food was amazing (think I had a lobster dish) and the staff were super nice. The floor rotates so you can see every angle of Seattle. Astonishing. I will...More

Space Neede - a world-famous, renowned landmark that is a must-visit for everyone visiting Seattle. Not cheap (I guess we paid around 25 Dollars per person), but still worth a visit. A nice view from top, some interactive stuff like for example getting a free...More

Well worth going to the top for the fantastic view over Seattle. If you want to do this and a few other things buy a bundle ticket as it works out cheaper and saves on queuing. We wanted to see Chihuly Garden and Glass so...More

This is probably the most iconic attraction in Seattle and is worth visiting once, but definitely don't need much more than that. It is fairly expensive just to take an elevator to a lookout spot. They do, however, have some cool technologies to check out,...More

The view from the top of the needle is unparalleled. The staff at the bottom of the needle could use some customer service training. First the good: It doesn't matter if you live in Seattle or are just visiting, if you want to get a...More

As part of the city pass you can visit the Space Needle twice, once during the day and once at night (on the same day) which I thought was a great benefit of the city pass. As you are waiting on line inside, there are...More

My family will be in Seattle for 1 1/2 days in August. The Space Needle is on our list of must-do's. Is it worth it to pay the extra $ for the VIP ticket? Thanks!

Just get normal tickets bought in advance. It's great. VIPs just get to skip some of the queue but it's not a big queue.
