I loved it all though it was raining the provided umbrellas. Very small and peaceful the lady at the window was so friendly. I assume it looks much better when everything blooms.

Beautiful little garden, worth visiting during different seasons. Great place for a photo shoot. Food not allowed inside (for good reason) but plenty of place outside for a nice picnic

Must of the people come to Seattle for business so why not escaping to a place for relaxation... this Japanese garden is carefully maintained, everything is neat. It's really good to come here and take a fresh breath then relax for a while.

We decided to walk from downtown Seattle to these gardens. I do not recommend doing that! There is a train stop nearby that will cut two hours from your trip. The gardens were beautiful with the mix of plants, trees, water, bridges and benches. Very relaxing and not crowded at all. You will have to walk from the train station,... More

Lovely change of pace within the city. The use of water is wonderful and it has a calming and peaceful influence of stilling the restless mind. Koi fish and Japanese flora add to the authenticity.

It's a beautiful place to visit - very calming. I love sitting on the bridge over the pond to feed the coi! The garden was designed by a famous Japanese garden designer using local materials. There are guides if you want to learn more about the garden - but even just walking around is very enjoyable.
