We got tickets to "Here Lies Love" the story of Imelda Marcos. The show was all songs that really told the story well. The set design was amazing. The orchestra section was literally covered and made into a nightclub. Audience members who choose tickets in "the pit" were literally among the actors. It was a great concept that was well... More

Here Lies Love, a "disco" production at the Seattle Rep is a little hard to describe. The seats were ripped out of the lowest level, and a lot of people were standing around at the "dance party". The singers and dancers were on a variety of moving stages, and occasionally walked right through the crowd. Our original tickets (which we... More

We are season ticket holders to the Seattle Rep. This 2016/2017 season has been outstanding. Here Lies Love has been the crowning glory. Remarkable music, remarkable experience. If you are visiting Seattle you must check out this amazing theater.

This was my first visit to the Seattle Repertory, I wasn't expecting much. We came to see King Charles III. This theatre is fairly old, and requires renovation. It's a small theatre and has a cozy feel. I wasn't expecting too much from this show, but I was pleasantly surprised. The show had a solid storyline and has right balance... More

This is a top-notch, professional regional theatre. Unlike many regional theatres of this size, Seattle Rep maintains a certain amount of cutting-edge programming. Their programming is thoughtful, and always includes significant new plays. The production values are always high; they hire top-level actors, directors & designers. While I do not always love everything they produce, it is always worth the... More

We went to see the Sherlock Holmes play Saturday night and it was great. Loved the staging and special effects. The actors were wonderful. The theatre itself seemed new and bright. The will call line moved quickly so the experience was quite good. Will return to see another play when we come back to Seattle for a visit.

We went to see Sherlock Holmes the other night and were pleased to find out that they have a new system for the hearing impaired. It makes hearing the performance so much better.

I went for the first time and saw their production of Luna Gale and was pleasantly surprised. Their level of production surpassed my expectations and shocked to see Pamela Reed from Kindergarten Cop performing.

We visited the theatre to see "Sherlock Holmes and the American problem" the show was well done. Cast very good, well acted. Sets are amazing and had a great blend of normal props and visual effects. The caliber of the theatre and the acting much higher than we're used to seeing at our normal visits to the smaller local companies.... More
