Belltown is in the middle of so much (to see and do) in Seattle. Variety of eats and drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Example of types of food within minutes walk - Vietnamese, American, Hawaiian, Italian, Seafood, Japanese. Sorry probably left some out.

We rented a condo in Belltown during our week in Seattle and it was perfect. Close proximity to the waterfront, Pike Place and great shopping. It was a bit noisy at night but where we stayed at Wall St & 1st Ave was safe.

Stayed at an Airbnb while here and Loved the vibe of this neighborhood, maybe due to my passion for the 80's and 90's music scene that remains here. Close enough to walk about anywhere downtown. Lots of different coffee shops, artwork, clubs, plenty of bars and interesting people. Gooo Seahawks!!!

We stayed at the Belltown Inn and walked around the neighborhood and saw plenty of restaurants and bars. I'm sure there are parts that are sketchy at night but I felt safe on the main streets. Very walkable neighborhood that also has a lot of bus routes

Belltown is better on 1st ave.. 2nd ave not as nice but has a few eateries and clubs. Starts getting a bit sketchy on 3rd.. Decided to turn back to first as it was a dark night and I didn't like the look of those scraggly men with the crazy eyes hobbling towards me, yikes.

Good place to grab a drink with friends, celebrate birthdays, and go for a walk. I went here for my 21st birthday, and it was pretty fantastic. :)

Belltown has changed so much since I first visited Seattle more than 25 years ago. It continues to change as does the city. There are currently lots of different restaurants and bars/clubs to visit. Some really interesting and fun and some not so much. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood after a recent dinner.

I spent longer in Belltown than any neighborhood, mostly because of hotel location. There were plenty of interesting bars, restaurants, coffee shops other shops and architecture. Had its share of scruffy folks and panhandlers, but it was manageable Some good hipster people watching and a genuinely welcoming, open and "anything goes" vibe in the public spaces. Will travel there again.

Prepare yourselves! The steep roads/sidewalks will haunt your calves for day. My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprise by the steepness of some of these street; it makes for an interesting walkabout. The random Popsicle was comical for us tons of kids were doing funny poses around it.

It wasn't my cup of tea but then, most people in Washington drink coffee. I might have missed things here that you would enjoy so, come and see for yourself.
