Unusual zoo with an upper and lower walk around. And you do a lot of walking, all in the same direction - it is brilliantly designed. Walking through underground tunnels provided cool shade on a hot day. Lunch halfway in the giraffe restaurant was well...More
As the other recent reviews have said this a superb zoo with some amazing features. On top of this all the exhibits have been designed with good viewing access for all and it is particularly good for taking photo’s - no wire fences in the...More
I don't like zoos for a number of reasons but this one was exceptional. Spacious, interesting and utterly unique. We went on a quiet Friday and felt like some sections were just for us, which helped with the day. However, even when there were hoards...More

The highlight for us...More

Visited this zoo today, and while it is very good in many ways, in others it is disappointing.
Having paid over €100 for a family of 5 (note they classify 12 year olds as adults for the purpose of ticket prices!), was taken aback to...More
We took our grandson here with his Mum and Dad and was not disappointed. Parking is just over the road from the park and well sheltered with trees.
Quick buying tickets and advice on the correct way to go around the park and see everything....More
