Bring insect repellent . We started at Westchester lagoon and walked away from Tony Knowles coastal trail. It is a beautiful walk. Very nice until mile three, after that it is more lowland and the insects are fierce. No problem on a bike but impossible...More

There are many homeless camps along this particular greenbelt. I do not feel safe accessing it solo. There's a muni law that says no camping in public places, but they allow this.
