Great Vibe and Easy Access to the T

We loved that the T opened right up to the doorway to the Marriott which gave us easy access to our hotel. The square is small but easy to find and navigate. It's adjacent to the... read more

Took a great trolley ride of Boston from Kendall square. Saw lots of great history !!! You could get off and on the trolley through out the tour.

Located in the heart of Cambridge there is lots to see and do at this location. Transit is easily accessible and can take you right to the center of Harvard. MIT is very close by as well.

Kendall Square is a reference point to MIT what Harvard Square is to Harvard. Google, Microsoft and Oracle all got their offices here. One can walk here or pop into the metro to alight at Kendal station. Post offices, courier companies, bookstores, travel services and eateries can be found here. A quick walkby will do for a cross against the... More

We stayed in Kendall Square while my husband worked at MIT. My children and I visited Boston for the week. It was a great place to stay for meetings at MIT, but a solid walk across the river to Boston. Also a 45 minute or so walk to Harvard, where there seemed to be more going on by way of... More

Lots going on there, it has changed from a rather industrial/office oriented space to a real neighborhood

Kendall Square is a great place to eat, walk around, have a coffee, see MIT, and experience Boston's burgeoning technology start-up scene.

Kendall was once an area that resembled bombed out Europe post WWII. It is now Bio Tech central with several excellent restaurants of all price ranges.

The truth is that Kendall is as pretty if not prettier than Harvard Square. Because of the university of course, Harvard Square is a more famous location and thus more visited one. However, Kendall Square is gorgeous and a great place to visit. The area has blossomed into a very modern, techy place, but instead of it having an unattractive... More

Not so many shops, a lot of places to eat and drink, great access to MIT, and the best part and views of the Charles River!
