Parts of this park have shade making it the best place to set up your chairs for the Lowell Folk Festival. Part of the grounds are raised so you get a great view of the stage and the water behind it.

We saw Box Scaggs at the park. Get their as early as possible day of event and set-up blankets and/or lawn chairs..like 7:00 am. Gets crowded fast. The sound was perfect, not too loud. Plenty of food vendors. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Parking...More

Every time I go, I think of what a great vision it was to create this outdoor park, and the entertainment the get to perform is outstanding, great take, a must see. Easy to get in and out of!

This pretty little park in the heart of historic Lowell, is always pleasant, but especially so during the Summer when they have concerts that are very popular and well known throughout the state. We went to the Folk Festival one weekend, and had a great...More

When there's a show at Boarding House Park, it's the best Lowell has to offer. They get some relatively big names as well as some quirkier acts and are a main stage for the annual Folk Fest. Depending on the event, there are often food...More

I've been to this venue several times for concerts, the last one being Vince Gill & would recommend getting hear early to assure a decent spot to sit. Space fills up quickly starting when park opens @ 7am.

This is an outstanding venue that showcases some top notch talent. Small & intimate, with great sight lines to the stage, and wonderful acoustics. And all for an affordable price tag. An example, last nights performance by Vince Gill. Went with another couple, had a...More
