I knew I was going to like, but it was even better than anything I could have imagined! The guide was awesome and pointed out a lot of things that I wouldn't have known if not for an explanation. This is a natural wonder not to be missed!

These caves are very beautiful because of the huge chambers with massive stalactites and curtain structures. The guide though hardly speaks English and you have to find out yourself where and when the tour starts since the guy at the counter doesn't supply you with any info.

Descend into these caves / underground system to view spectacular formations of stalactites and stalagmites, the regular visit goes on and on, best I have seen yet.

We drove here from Cagliari for the day, the tour lasts around 45mins or so. The caves are beautiful and impressive, with little water beds through sections of them. The guide spoke in both Italian and English, she was informative and translated everything in English after she explained in Italian, which was very helpful. There are a lot of stairs/hill... More

Lovely caves, beware over 600 stairs to negotiate. No English speaking guide on the visit we did but there often is if you are prepared to wait. Audio guide will soon be available

We visited these caves on the final day of our holiday. It is about an hour's drive from Cagliari Airport westwards towards the coast. The access is by good quality dual carriageway as far as Iglesias, and then a windy road over the mountains. The access to the caves is by guided tour only. The guide we had had limited... More

You will need some fitness and stamina to appreciate this wonder of nature. There is a very steep climb to that cave entrance where guided tours are compulsory. There is no flash photography so be sure to set your camera on manual. The walk extends for over a mile down deep via MANY stairs into the amazing sparkling grotto, which... More

This cave is impressive and very well equiped. It is one of the nicest and most impressive caves I have seen so far. I can recommend it for families and everybody else. The staff is very friendly and the information given during the tour is interesting. The climate is nice and cool, not wet. All paths are very well equiped... More

It was really a big and beautiful surprise to find out this cave. It's not very easy to reach if you don't know the place and the cave is out of the village. Nice and interesting, you pay the ticket and there is the guide who explains everything about the cave. The cave is not very big but very interesting.... More

The caves are really impressive, also there are many possibilities to do some speleology with a guide for experimented persons. The cave is vast and has many different things to show (archaeological rests, stalactite, stalagmite, water pond, ...) The guide was really nice but the visit was in Italian. The guide made some effort to talk to us in English... More
