Beautiful place, excellent wines!

My favorite winery among many in Texas. Friendly owners and staff who offer many special events and classes. We never miss an opportunity to stop here and sample!

Winery is nice and clean. Tasting room is pretty small so if you are in large group it will be crowded. Patio was nice and open. We had a great time. Charlie was fun spirited and made everyone laugh. Good times

Love their wines, some unique blends. The tasting room is not very large so get their early to beat the tour busses. Very helpful staff. They were great about suggesting other wineries after they knew what type we were looking for.

The end of August is the grape harvesting time in Texas. We went on a weekend with the grape stomp. It is free unless you want to buy a tee shirt. We did the wine stomp and also the tasting which is complimentary if you decide to buy a bottle of wine. We brought some cheese and crackers and had... More

The Texas Hill Country is a great place to spend a Spring day or weekend. Visit a multitude of wineries, go shopping, and view beautiful Spring wild flowers. Best wine tasting outside of Napa Valley!

We stayed at the Hillside Acres Retreat between Dripping Springs and Johnson City. That would be my first recommendation. We went to several wineries. I liked the wine at Woodrose and Becker the most. It is also more realistically priced. I was disappointed at the Texas Hill Winery. Paid $25 for Kick Butt Cab and saw it at the grocery... More
