A pleasant walk on the edge of the city. Parking will be difficult to find. Be sure to walk end-to-end to see hurricane walls, small islands and some sculptures.

Walking tour can also boat ride found the murals &high end mexican restaurant.The locks were amazing. 2 brewery. The city is making whats old is new again.

The whole canal area is a great place to hang out, especially late in the day when the cables from the bridge lite up. Spent 2 evenings here with camera and tripod.

It is a good 30 minutes walk. It starts around the area of the Capitol Park and stretch along the canal to the end of the Canal where the Federal Reserve Building is.
