You will really enjoy a tour of this winery. They are extremely friendly. The setting is beautiful. The wines are delightful. Make sure to call in advance.

Altough the wine growers at the Azienda Vinicola Tabarrini make some very good Montefalco Sagrantino wines, some modesty wouldn't be out of place (they're so full of themselves). You might want to check out the Cantina Le Cimate and Colle Ciocco as well.

Stopped to buy a few battles of wine here as it was recommended by a local restaurant . Spent a lovely hour with Daniele who was really informative and opened several bottles of wine for us to try. Plates of bread with beautiful local tomatoes...More

We set up a wine tasting and the wine is really excellent. We were able to ship a case home and will order more of it in the future.

This is one of the top three winemakers in Montefalco (the others are Arbaldo-Caprai and Paolo Bea), but Tabarrini is not as expensive. If you want a private wine tasting here, you need to book in advance. Purchases are not required, but expected and highly...More
