Historic flavor remains intact in this lovely village. Nice shops and restaurants. Don't miss the general store (Gillingham & Sons- since 1886) or the Village Butcher Shop.

For travel purposes, I would not consider this an attraction. It’s simply a board in the middle of town with some writing and fliers on it. It’s very old fashioned and perhaps locals use the Crier to see upcoming events. However, there is no real...More

The town of Woodstock has been described as "the prettiest small town in America" and there is plenty to support that claim. Woodstock is a "picture" of old New England. It's obvious the towns people take pride in their town and do much to preserve...More

Loved this town! Like a step back in time, this town is fabulous! There's a consignment shop that had Louis Vuitton and Channel originals! Loved walking around the streets. Lots of neat shops to browse through as well a covered bridge to walk across.

So we drove off of route 100 to check out this town, totally worth it. It was one of the busiest and I can see why with all the restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed strolling down main street and looking at the shops. The...More

I don’t really think this is a legitimate attraction even though listed as one. The restaurant across the street is good though.

I'm sure the people in this town probably hear it often but this town reminded me of Stars Hallow (for all the Gilmore Girls fans out there). The town is very charming and a lovely place to visit in the fall. There are tons of...More

There was a gentleman here playing some really good music including When My Guitar Gently Weeps, one of my favorite songs. It is located right across from Bentley's a great place to eat

An eclectic mix of shops with interesting goods from delicatessen, to pharmacy to clothing stores to suit all budgets. It was very hot when we were there. not sure how it would be in the cooler months.

For some reason we were all fascinated with this. We really loved Woodstock and would recommend visiting this town. Everyone was so friendly in Vermont and that says a lot for the people that live there.
