Site is the Olympic Summer games. Well worth the time during a nice day to take in the memories from the world gathering. Near the new Mercedes Dome and can be short walk from downtown hotels.

The park was very pretty with the snow. The Ferris wheel and ring fountain (not on) were both great to view from the park! It's free and located right outside the aquarium so it's nice to stroll through the park after being inside for quite...More

This is a park in downtown Atlanta in front of the world of Coca Cola. There is a lack of trees for a city centre park and currently there are major works taking place. I do not feel there is much here to make this...More

Nice stroll through the middle of downtown Atlanta. Park was built for the 1996 Olympics but has been well maintained. Easy to take a stroll since it's nearby many local attractions.

This park is right in the heart of downtown Atlanta and all of its 4 corners have special places at it - Aquarium, Coca Cola, CNN, Atlanta Skyline to be precise. A good place to take a walk in it, has plenty of information relating...More

in my opinion, Atlantans no sooner provide an open space than they junk it up. They opened up a good size park space for the Olympics and should have imo put a paddle-able pond in it. Instead they keep turning over space to influentials' pet...More

We stayed about 2 blocks from the Olympic park with our dogs. The park was a great place to take them walking. We were there over Thanksgiving, so it wasn't overly crowded with tourists but in the morning there was a crowd of homeless. Although,...More

Nice peaceful park but where’s the Olympic Atlanta Games Museum?! Missed a trick here.... One cafe but walking through it leads to the World of Coca Cola and the Civil Rights Center in one direction and the College Football Hall of Fame in the other.
